October 22nd- 23rd YCamp was the host site for the Iowa State University Emerging Leaders Retreat. The retreat is designed for sophomores to develop leadership skills and abilities. Participants had the opportunity to build relationships with current and future leaders at Iowa State and learn what is takes to be a leader on campus. On Saturday morning attendees experienced YCamp's low ropes course where they were able to put into practice some of the principles and ideas that they had learned through their leadership sessions.
